We always love it when a new customer calls us out of the blue asking if they can move their heating plan to us. This happened last week with a lovely lady who was fed up with her existing heating plan supplier.
They were charging her a ridiculous £42 per month and she just didn’t feel it was worth it, especially after she’d read the small print and saw that there was a call out charge and a maximum amount for each repair made. They’d even included a line about taking up to 48-hours to attend her property! That would be absolutely awful in winter, especially with kids in the house.
Other suppliers write a lot of stuff in their small print. We don’t! What you see is what you get with us. All we ask for is £15 per month and that’s it. No call out fees, no excess, no hidden costs. When she heard this, she was thrilled to sign-up with us, especially as everyone is looking to save money due to the lockdown.
So now instead of £42 per month, she’s paying just £15!
And she knows that’s all she’s going to pay each month so if there be a problem with her boiler or central heating system, all she has to do is call us, and we’ll be out to her as soon as we can to diagnose the problem and get it fixed.
