It’s been a long lockdown and not being able to get out and about to help our customers has meant we now have a long list of installations and boiler servicing we need to do to catch up with ourselves.
But that’s ok! Our team of highly-trained and experienced engineers are up for the challenge and this week we’ve got quite the number of boiler servicing to do along with a new boiler installation and a boiler move to someone’s loft (linking it up to a Hive controller downstairs).
Although social distancing has been reduced, our engineers are still disinfecting on arrival and departure and we’re still asking our customers to vacate the kitchen or other parts of a property while we’re working there.
It just makes it better for everyone if we maintain the safety and wellbeing of both our team and our customers.
